If you are driven and want to work with a top-performing team, Peaden is your next home! The Big Task Diagnose, operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. Travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, and manage schedules. Provide excellent customer service, interact with homeowners, and manage vehicle maintenance and inventory. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems. Provide excellent customer service and ensure efficient worksite management. Manage schedules, coordinate with dispatch, and handle vehicle maintenance. Educate customers on additional services. Requirements Education : HVAC trade school graduate or related continuing education. Physical Ability : Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various conditions (climbing, bending, kneeling). Skills : Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills. Technology : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iOS devices. Attitude : Positive attitude, conflict resolution skills, and flexibility in handling multiple tasks.
