The customer service representatives are expected to handle
incoming contacts via phone, e-mail, or chat to contribute to
various project areas, to maintain accurate procedures, and to
continually seek self-improvement.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Ability to problem solve and work well with a team.
- Must be 18 years old
- Comfortability with working for a faith based
