Veteran's Court Program Coordinator/Support - Florida
The GCVAC will have a physical presence weekly, for those
veterans that have been identified as having business to appear
before the magistrate conducting hearings for veteran specific
infractions. This is a structured program that the GCVAC
specifically partners within Pensacola, Florida. The veteran's
participation and compliance in this process is strictly overseen
by their probation officer and a Veterans Affairs case manager,

Member Duties : 1. Create comprehensive database of possible
mentors for Veteran's Court participants with the goal of matching
those veterans by branch of service, age, and end goals, 2.
Maintain resource guide with updated information regarding services
including but not limited to, homelessness, access to care,
vocational rehabilitation, employment and PTSD, and 3. Provide
volunteer mentors with comprehensive contact list based on the
Veteran's individualized needs (probation officer, case manager,
domicile counselor, etc.)
