The FasTrack Manager is a full-time, career-oriented position.
This leadership development opportunity is a 2-year commitment that
begins with an intensive 6-month growth and development program
that is completed simultaneously with full-time responsibilities in
the restaurant. The candidate will become a well-rounded manager of
all restaurant operations during that six months and is then
focused in a specific area of responsibility to manage on a daily
basis The FasTrack manager is a regular team member of Chick-fil-A
9 Mile Rd and will have the opportunity to continue their career
with Chick-fil-A 9 Mile if they desire, including being considered
for opportunities at Chick-fil-A, Inc.
This position requires the candidate to be highly organized,
self-motivated and manage people with the heart of a servant
leader. They must be able to balance hard work and guest-focused
service. The candidate must be dedicated to both personal and
professional growth as they serve on our team. They must be
passionate about customer service and strive for excellence in all
tasks. They must take initiative during their shift, have the
ability to move from one task to another quickly and efficiently
and most importantly lead their team by example.
The qualified candidate must; have an bachelor's degree or have
equivalent work experience, be capable of working on your feet for
6-8 hours, able to lift and manipulate at least 40 pounds overhead,
have reliable transportation, and possess strong interpersonal
written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
This position is full-time, minimum of 35 hours per week. Open
availability is required as the restaurant training program expands
across all dayparts.
