What You Will Do:
Manage operations for Respiratory, Sleep
Disorders and/or other services.
What You Will Need:
- Implement departmental goals, standards, and objectives which
directly support the strategic plan and vision of the
- Assess quality of patient care and coordinates patient care
services with patients, staff, physicians, and other
- Manage staff relations including performance management, staff
satisfaction, conflict management and other job related
- Oversee scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, regulatory
compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
Licensure / Certification /
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association
(AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- One or more of the following required:
- Respiratory Therapist credentialed from the Florida Board of
Respiratory Care obtained prior to hire date or job transfer
- Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist credentialed from
the Florida Board of Respiratory Care required.
- Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed
from the Florida Board of Respiratory Care obtained prior to
hire date or job transfer date.
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or
Associate's degree, or Technical degree required
- 3 years of experience required.
- 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
