A payment processing software developer is seeking a Remote Business Solutions Client Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Ensuring all materials related to annual enrollment and ongoing administration are correct
Continually working toward keeping client and supervisor informed of progress and issues as the case progresses
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Bachelor's Degree
1 - 3 years experience
Ability to anticipate problems before they escalate
