Reach Shaily Sharma - Email: shaily(at)zilliontechnologies(dot)com Multimedia Designer Location : Remote & Onsite once a week ( Pensacola, FL ) Duration : 1 year plus ongoing extensions Responsibilities ---To design and develop basic to moderately complex multimedia elements (graphics; animations; audio; video and print) to support employee learning and development initiatives and business unit objectives across the organization ---To create courseware to meet business unit training needs and enhance the employee learning experience ---To provide multimedia services to help deliver key communications and enable greater productivity ---Works under general supervision with limited discretion ---Develops alternate course of action based on precedent or policy ---Create Flash/XML-based reinforcement/promotional games and animations ---Create dynamic instructional and training materials using current technologies including references and support tools that reinforce training, increase efficiency and help produce error-free work ---Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures/catalogs/flyers, web designs, videos, and logos/icons ---Design the graphical user interface; create and/or enhance images and video and audio formats; convert analog movies to digital format ---Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals ---Collaborate with a wide range of internal business contacts to implement processes, new applications and system enhancements ---Conduct and/or facilitate user acceptance testing to include developing and executing test cases, communication with project teams, validating and documenting results ---Ensure clear, concise and effective communication of material ---Maintain and improve knowledge through professional associations, conferences, and seminars ---Monitor assigned projects to ensure that goals and objectives are completed according to schedule; collaborate with project teams to ensure all business needs are met ---Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business unit &/or across the organization ---Perform other duties as assigned Please send qualified resumes directly to : shaily(at)zilliontechnologies(dot)com Thanks, Shaily Sharma Zillion Technologies Inc.
