Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Subcontracts Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Review solicitations and prepare requests for proposals
Analyze contract requirements and ensure compliance
Manage subcontracting life cycle from pre-award to close-out

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience
Experience in government contracting and sales
Knowledge of procurement approaches and regulations
Ability to negotiate and execute agreements with partners
Familiarity with compliance reporting and analytics
