Pediatric opening near Gulf Shores, AL Located in Summerdale, AL - just 20 miles from Gulf Shores & 36 miles from Mobile! Full-time, permanent opening Employed position Recruiting 1 Pediatrician and 2 NPs - each will have their own MA Support staff will include 2 receptionists and an office manager Outpatient only Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm Rotating Saturdays, 8am - 12pm possible in the future Call: transferred to Children's of Alabama PHIL line for triage, who will take care of the majority of calls Clinic providers will rotate weeks to be available to nurse triage line for calls requiring advice from practitioner (very infrequent) Patient load: 20+ per day EMR: Azalea Health Guaranteed base salary: $210k - $220k Bonus structure: production based when seeing, on average, more than 20 patients per day annually Sign on: $20k Relocation: $10k If moving to Alabama from out of state, will be eligible for $50k per year for three years through Alabama Rural Medical Service Award (ARMSA) If an instate physician some eligibility requirements will need to be met Family health, dental, and vision insurance paid 401 K with 4% match by employer Malpractice insurance and license renewal paid 6.5 paid holidays, $2.5k CME Stipend, and 18 paid days off that can be used for vacation and CME
