Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Improve the collection of customer feedback and analyze qualitative
and quantitative data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to share
plans and results
Measure the impact of work and adjust plans accordingly
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in product management, business operations,
or related fields
Experience with Voice of the Customer programs and customer
experience analytics
Data analysis skills, including extracting insights from
qualitative and quantitative data sets
Experience organizing and presenting data, and building models for
decision-making
Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
