Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Care Management Support Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete Health Risk Assessments with Special Needs Population members via inbound or outbound calls
Navigate multiple computer systems, programs, and applications to provide support and resources to members and their families
Ensure quality-based calling and documentation that meets CMS requirements

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
1 year or more of call center/high volume call experience
1 year or more of administration support experience in the healthcare industry
Familiarity with care and well-being resources
Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English
