Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Development Lead.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive net-new revenue growth through new logo acquisition and expansion of current accounts
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach and qualification to contract negotiation and closing
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in business development or senior account executive role
Proven track record of success in a PLG (Product-Led Growth) company
Strong relationship-building skills
Experience selling/managing pipelines with both transactional and consultative deals
Ability to work independently and drive results within a cross-functional team environment
