Overview Arsiem is currently looking for a Cyberspace Operations
Instructor-Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) - Active Ex, that
can deliver highly technical CO training in a military training
environment consisting of lectures, labs, exercises and other
delivery methods. The position will support one of our Government
clients in Pensacola, Florida. What you will do: * Assist with
developing CO training curriculum (lecture content,
student/instructor guides, exams, exercises, simulations, etc.).
You will have: * Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years of experience
in Cyberspace Operations (CO). Experience in CO is defined as
experience in Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), and/or
Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).
* In lieu of degree, four (4) years of experience in Cyberspace
Operations (CO). * Experience in adult learning with emphasis on
providing instruction to large classes. US Military instructor
certification or designation is highly desirable (e.g., teaching
certificate, certified professional instructor, master training
specialist, adjunct faculty certification, etc.).
Education/Experience Requirements: * All candidates must possess
strong oral and written communication skills. Candidates shall
provide classroom instruction that teaches assigned students in the
manner described in the course Program of Instruction. Candidates
shall conduct practical exercises in a laboratory environment,
conduct student study hall periods and provide tutoring/remedial
instruction for up to twenty students per class.
* All candidates must possess the ability to incorporate/impart
technical knowledge into their training delivery.
* Assess student knowledge, skills and abilities to gauge student
proficiency in topic area.
* Deliver instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous
* Review and analyze training materials and recommend changes.
* DoDD 8140.01/DoD 8570.01-M Level II certifications are desired,
but not required. You will have a minimum knowledge level of the
identified topic/discipline(s): * 4+ years CNE/CNA/CND or
penetration testing experience
* Exploitation certification, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or
Operator experience/training desired * Topic/Discipline Knowledge
Level Use Windows/*NIX command line to: * Display running
* Identify OS/kernel version
* Identify network connections
* Navigate the filesystem Advanced Knowledge/experience using
routers to include: * Commands to display running config
* Analyze a router configuration Intermediate Knowledge/experience
with Personal Host-based Security Products: * Anti-virus
* Firewall Intermediate Knowledge/experience of SSH to include: *
Establishing connections to computers
* Establishing tunnels Intermediate Knowledge/experience using
Exploitation tools * Metasploit, Armitage, Cobalt Strike, or
* Network Scanners (NMAP, Zenmap, Scanline, etc.) * Netcat
Intermediate CANDIDATE REFERRAL - Do you know someone who would be

one of our projects. The fee for this position is $3,500.00 and the
referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we are
