Job Description:
We are looking for an ELITE STUCCO REPAIR & SKILLED CARPENTER to
join our team full-time. Qualifications: Must have clean driving
record and be able to pass a full background check Must have strong
references to show experience and skill set OSHA and EPA
certifications a+ Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Must be clean in
appearance and work well with a team Typical Responsibilities:
Stucco Patches, Repairs and New Stucco Work (all types of finish)
Small exterior siding replacements and repair projects Exterior
Wood rot repair and replacement Interior Carpentry and Drywall
Repair and Installation (trim molding, frames, drywall, etc)
Caulking/Sealant removal and replacement Painting over repairs and
other small painting projects as needed Supervise other crew
members as the position grows Compensation Competitive salary +

crews, however some painting work may be required with the stucco

Walton, Santa Rosa, Escambia and Bay Counties, however some travel
