Lands' End is in search of a highly motivated Digital Marketing
Analyst to support the growth of the Lands' End brand in the
Marketplace channel. In this role, you will be executing
advertising campaign strategies within multiple retail media
networks, while managing and optimizing the Marketplace budget
across multiple ad platforms. You will work closely with, and
report into our Digital Marketing Manager. As the Digital Marketing
Analyst, you will understand fundamental retail media strategies
and be able to assess performance and provide solutions for
improved efficiency and scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns for the
Marketplace Channel at Lands' End
Manage and maintain Retail Media paid search campaigns via bidding
platforms and/or RMN platforms to meet goals
Analyze and assess performance of campaigns and translate
quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans
for revising the campaign strategy
Deploy test and learn strategies aimed at refining campaigns and
overall marketplace strategy
Be accountable for paid search performance and budgets to ensure
efficiency and scale
Work cross-functionally with merchandising and finance on campaign
product and budgets
Partner with creative and copy teams on content optimizations for
copy, keywords, and additional content opportunities that arise
Partner with agency partners and lead strategic vision with
them
Stay up to date with different marketplaces and any updates to
their marketing platforms
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 - 3 years of online/paid campaign marketing experience,
preferably experience on marketplaces
BA/BS in Business, Marketing or Related Field (or equivalent work
experience)
Knowledge of SEO, Digital Merchandising and Digital Marketing
Understanding of paid campaign performance metrics
Attention to Detail
Ability to quickly adapt and problem solve
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft applications, specifically Excel
