Specific DescriptionThis position sits within the Power Generation
Division which is responsible for all NextEra Energy's non-nuclear
generation operations. This position would require an Industrial
Electrician or hold an Associate degree that directly applies to
Power Generation This is a multi-craft position that operates and
maintains plant equipment. The plant is in Pensacola, Florida. We

of it!!Job OverviewPosition performs power plant operations as well
as maintenance on station equipment. Job will include other
miscellaneous duties as assigned to include water chemistry and
environmental compliance activities. This position will be required
to work on a 12-hr. rotating shift including nightshifts, weekends
and holidays and respond to off-hour callouts when needed.Required
Qualification
- Must obtain outside/inside operation qualifications
- A candidate possesses Journeyman level qualification specific
to the craft discipline specified in the Position Specific
Description as an Industrial Electrician, Journeyman I&C, or
Journeyman Mechanic, orAssociate degree that directly applies to
Power Generation
- Associate degree in addition to outside/inside qualification
operation qualification
- Pass the POSS & MASS testsPreferred Qualification3-5 years
