Job Summary:
This is an opportunity to lead change and digital transformation within an Air Force enterprise. As an organizational change manager and digital transformation consultant, you will use your expertise to help the organization assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop communication and change management strategies. -
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
You and your team will be responsible for leading digital transformation in an Air Force enterprise environment. Responsibilities include:

• 
  
• Planning and executing organizational change management (OCM),
  
• Collaborating with initiative staff and leaders,
  
• Supporting strategic communication planning, organizational readiness, and stakeholder analyses
  
• Supporting Air Force leaders in their ability to advance strategic priorities and fulfill the mission and participates in process design sessions to ensure clarity and success
  
• Providing -the client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices. -
  
  Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
  
  • 
    
  • Expertise in providing change management support for technology driven transformation programs
    
  • Experience with change management, strategic planning, culture change, or cross-functional transformation
    
  • Experience with strategic communications -
    
  • Experience in engaging with stakeholders on behalf of leadership
    
  • A blend of consulting and tech industry experience, with at least five (5) years in an established consulting firm environment
    
  • Proven history of using emerging technology trends, best practices, and policies to keep in line with the rapidly changing technology landscape
    
  • Experience with individually developing and delivering comprehensive change management solutions, including engagement strategies and products
    
  • Experience with creating and delivering verbal and written communication products for clients, including presentations and briefs
    
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, adapt to constantly changing requests, and apply critical thinking to a wide variety of problems
    
    Additional/Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree, MBA or Master's -
      
    • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
      
    • Provide technical solutions for organizational digital transformation architecture from roadmap to implementation
      
    • Lead workshops to train and communicate change activities for stakeholders, senior level executives and large groups
      
    • Experience in working with teams in a fast-paced, dynamic, ambiguous, and ever-changing environment
      
    • Experience with working in multi-stakeholder and matrixed organizational environments -
      
    • Understanding of cloud based solutions (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
      
    • Understanding of DevSecOps -
      
    • Understanding of Agile concepts and best practices -
