In this posiiton you get to see projects through from beginning to end.Job DetailsWe are looking for a dynamic and driven Project Architect/Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of our projects. As a hybrid role, the successful candidate will be required to be hands-on in developing design and construction documents, while also managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. The ideal candidate must have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and a strong understanding of construction materials and compliance.Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and construction of projects from concept to completion
• Develop detailed design documents, construction documents, and project design specifications
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project completion within set parameters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, and consultants, to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations, including LEED certification
• Oversee construction documentation and construction materials to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectivenessQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project management and architectural design
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, compliance, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
