Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH) is growing! We are seeking an experienced, technically proficient, Federal Market Project/Construction Manager to join our CCI General Contractors, LLC team, a subsidiary of BBCH.

Candidates must have knowledge about every stage of the construction process from scope development to project closeout. Typical projects are both design-build and bid-build projects typically ranging from $2M - $30M. The Project Manager would be responsible for up to $30M worth of projects at one time.

The Project Manager will be responsible for obtaining, planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising construction to ensure an on-time, on-budget project execution with high quality and no safety issues.

The initial project is located at NAS Pensacola, FL, and is -$50M Design/Build construction of a Hurricane Sally SRM repair project. The Project Manager would be working with an onsite team consisting of multiple field managers including a QCM, SSHO, and Superintendent. This Project Manager with his field team would be working in parallel with another Project Manager and his field team. Ability to work as a team is paramount.


  • Manage project from proposal stage through closeout
  • Handle any issues that arise resulting from unforeseen conditions
  • Effectively manage and build teamwork within the project execution team

  • Direct project activities to ensure conformance to the project budget, plans, specs, and schedule
  • Forecast project cash flow in relation to the project schedule

    Training / Specialized Experience/Certifications
    • 15+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
    • 5 - 10 years of Federal renovation and repair-type construction
    • Management of Design Build and Bid Build projects
    • Ability to help decipher and solve technical issues relating to construction

        • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in engineering, construction, or a related field preferred. Additional Qualifications:
          • Annual salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
          • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results.

            Work Environment:

            Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.

            Physical Requirements:

            This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time; frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to; hard hats, steel-toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection.             $100,000 - $130,000 yearly
