Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant in
Occupational Health.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring client
satisfaction with software and services provided
Follow the company's implementation methodology for customer
implementations and manage project timelines
Guide and teach clients on the configuration of software and
provide training sessions
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of a university program in occupational health & safety,
industrial hygiene, occupational health, business administration,
or computer science
Minimum of 3 years of software implementation experience
desired
Industry experience in safety, medical, environmental, or
industrial hygiene preferred
Professional designation (CIH, CSP, CSRP, COHN) is an asset
Comprehensive knowledge of system implementation life cycles and
project management methodologies
