Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Technical
Training Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct new hire and ongoing training for claims staff on various
claims systems, rules documents, and work instructions
Monitor and report training effectiveness, identify gaps in
instructional material, and improve AR processing accuracy
Collaborate with Claims Configuration Team, facilitate group
trainings, and provide feedback to management on claims staff
progress
Required Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent job related experience in a related
field preferred
2+ years' experience with MCRS Change/Emdeon, ISSAC, and
Cherwell
3+ years experience in claims processing and revenue cycle
In-depth knowledge of claims processing and revenue cycle related
functions
Thorough knowledge of medical terminology, health insurance plans,
and revenue cycle concepts
