Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Research customer contracts and resolve queries and potential
disputes
Manage end-to-end contract adjustment process and provide guidance
to customer-facing teams
Develop best practices for post-sale contract changes and ensure
accurate invoicing and fulfillment events
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years experience in sales operations, quoting, pricing, or
commercial finance role
Experience with Salesforce.com CRM platform (CPQ preferred)
Strong analytical skills and ability to research and organize
financial data
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative in
daily work
