Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst who will be
responsible for reviewing and redlining legal documents, managing
the legal case queue, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of
the contract process.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact regularly with sales and executive teams to manage
competing demands and be highly responsive to their needs
Review and redline various legal agreements, including
non-disclosure agreements, customer agreements, and partner/vendor
agreements
Manage the legal case queue, conduct initial assessments, and
efficiently resolve cases
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with paralegal certification
2-5 years of experience in a corporate legal department, reviewing
and negotiating corporate legal documents
Experience with Salesforce and contracts management systems
preferred
Detail-oriented with proactive follow-through on projects
Ability to manage complex transactions and negotiate with
diplomacy
