role combines your expertise as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) with exciting outreach and promotional activities. You'll
deliver exceptional ABA services in beautiful Pensacola while
representing and spreading the word about our amazing brand

Key Responsibilities
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
Represent Cayer Behavioral Group at community events, conferences,
and other public forums to promote our services and build brand
awareness.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including
schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media
campaigns, newsletters, and other promotional activities.
Conduct presentations and workshops to educate the community about
ABA therapy and our services.
Gather feedback from clients and the community to inform and
improve our services and brand strategy.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Terminal 26-32 hours billable; based on the development of caseload
and RBT representation.
Provide direct ABA therapy to clients and oversee the
implementation of treatment plans by RBTs (Registered Behavior
Technicians).
Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing guidance and support to ensure
high-quality service delivery.
Provide hands-on training for new employees
Engage in parent training
Maintain all parent communication for current clients
Maintain Behavior Support Plan Updates
Maintain communication with current client's team of RBTs
Maintain Teams chats and Rethink teams
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for
clients.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as
necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation (data,
programs, reinforcer systems, behavior protocols, etc.).
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology,
Education, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services to children
with ASD.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary
team.
Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in
their lives.
Flexibility to travel within the community as needed.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a brand ambassador or similar role.
Knowledge of marketing and public relations principles.
Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing
tools.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
