Our client, one of the largest Credit Unions, is seeking several individuals to join their team as Member Services Representatives. This position is located in Pensacola, FL and will require candidates to be located locally to train on site and could be a hybrid model after training. This position is based in a call center environment, where Member Service Representatives answer inbound calls and assist members with account-related concerns.

  Types of Calls:
  --- Debit Card Replacement for Lost card
  --- Debit Card Activation
  --- Debit Card PIN Change
  --- Payments
  Requirements:
  --- Experience in a customer service role (food service, retail, etc.)
  --- Have experience with computers and navigating multiple applications.
  --- Cannot have interviewed with Navy Fed. Within the last 6 months
  --- Cannot have signed a right to represent with Aston Carter in the past 3 months.
  --- Work on site for first 6 weeks
  --- Does not mind being on the phone for 8 hours a day.
