EcoSouth Services LLC is seeking a driven and environmentally-conscious Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence by promoting our sustainable waste management solutions. As a Territory Manager, you will focus on creating and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring that their waste management needs are met with the most efficient and eco-friendly services available. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in promoting environmental sustainability through effective sales strategies. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within your designated territory. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their waste management needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services through proposals and presentations tailored to each client's specific requirements. Negotiate contract terms with clients and collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met, and generate performance reports for upper management. Provide feedback from clients to offer insights into product enhancements and new service opportunities. Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Good organizational skills to manage multiple accounts Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles Solid understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices 401k Medical Insurance Professional Sales Certification (optional but advantageous) Certified in Sustainability (CSI) preferred
