is a unique opportunity to help build a new market from the ground
up, with the structure and support of a respected regional brand
behind you. Build Something That Lasts â Starting With a Territory
of Your Own: We're hiring an Account Manager to take ownership of a
growing book of business in Pensacola, FL. Backed by a strong $500K
foundation and targeting an additional $200K in enhancement
revenue, this role combines account management, production, and
leadership. You'll be the go-to contact for clients and crews
alike, with the opportunity to help stand up a new branch in a
high-potential market. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 3â4
crews while also owning production responsibilities until the
branch scales Manage and grow a $500Kâ$700K portfolio of
residential HOA maintenance accounts Serve as the face of the
company to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention Identify
and sell enhancement work and bundled services Collaborate with
leadership as the company establishes a physical presence in
Pensacola Report directly to the Branch Manager, Jesus Lazaro
Qualifications: 3 years of landscape account management experience
(HOA experience strongly preferred) Strong leadership and
communication skills â able to manage crews and clients Hands-on
operational experience in production or crew management
Self-starter with the ability to grow a new market and build
long-term client trust Local to the Pensacola area or willing to

Salary: $80,000 Incentive Plan: Commission structure on
