Job Description:
Peoples, a premier provider of gas utility services, is seeking
a skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. This role
is vital in managing and delivering physical therapy services that
assist our employees in maintaining optimal physical health,
thereby ensuring the efficiency and safety of operations across our
locations in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Kentucky. The ideal
candidate will have a deep understanding of physical therapy
treatments and preventative care measures. This role is not only
about physical rehabilitation but also enhancing the overall
wellness of our workforce. Conduct comprehensive assessments of
patient health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement physical therapy interventions to patients as prescribed
by a physician, monitoring response and adjusting care plans as
necessary. Educate patients and their families on preventive care
techniques and how to manage their conditions at home. Maintain
patient records with accurate documentation of therapy sessions and
progress. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
to ensure holistic patient care. Stay updated with latest physical
therapy techniques and technologies for effective patient care.
Provide onsite therapy sessions and ergonomic assessments at
various company locations. Strong understanding of musculoskeletal,
cardiovascular, and neurological conditions Adept at using
therapeutic and fitness equipment Excellent interpersonal and
education skills Ability to design effective treatment plans based
on patient needs and clinical judgments Knowledge in ergonomic
assessment and recommendations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance Licensed as a Physical Therapist in
the state of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or Kentucky.
Certification in ergonomic assessment or occupational health
(preferred but not required)
