We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Provisional Licensed Counselor (P-LPC) to join our team to provide quality care to our patients. Job Description: We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This position is open to licensed professional counselors (LPC) or P-LPC, who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to work with a diverse client population. Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in supervision and staff meetings Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with licensing board and company policies Qualifications: LPC license in Mississippi Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field At least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience preferred Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to cultural competency and trauma-informed care Flexible work hours
