The Inside Sales Representative leverages Huron expertise and
healthcare industry knowledge to drive growth and sales initiatives
alongside Huron's sales leaders who are active in the market using
their expertise to Sell Huron's solutions. Inside Sales
Representatives are dedicated to working alongside our sales teams
to create a seamless customer experience through key prospecting
initiatives and efforts.

The Inside Sales Representative will assist in prospecting and
developing winning net-new sales for healthcare delivery
organizations. Success in this role is measured by prospecting and
opening doors for sellers, ultimately resulting in closed/won sales
of Huron's offerings. Huron's partners include hospitals, regional
health systems, physician practices, long-term care, home health
and end of life care organizations. Business Acquisition
Identify ideal prospective customers for Huron offerings, in
partnership with their territory team
Create and manage a monthly territory plan designed to grow a
robust selling pipeline.
Gain deep knowledge of the healthcare organizations within their
Secure meetings with healthcare leaders on behalf of the Huron
Conduct strategic outreach to prospective customers via email,
telephone and other technologies
Have a thorough knowledge of all Leadership and Huron products
Attract net new organizations to Huron / Studer Group
Nurture prospects through the acquisition and selling pipeline
Collaborate with Huron's selling team to execute sales process and
maximize product cross-selling.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities within
- Collaborate with Huron subject matter experts, Marketing, and
Enablement teams to help prospective partners reach their stated
goals and provide excellent customer service.
Current permanent U.S. Work authorization require
Undergraduate Degree (BA, BS) in business, marketing, economics,
health or related field
Excellent written and verbal skills
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
Proven experience achieving, specific goals
Good communication (oral, written), presentation and interpersonal
Self-starter with high tolerance for ambiguity
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
